Aidan is cast in the recurring role of 'DETECTIVE FREDERICK REGAN' in Deadpan Pictures new 6-part period television drama series "DEAD STILL" for RTE 1 in Ireland and Acorn TV in North America which wrapped filming in Dublin at the end of June. Set in 1880s Ireland in the Victorian era heyday of ‘postmortem photography' the series is directed by Imogen Murphy who co-wrote it with John Morton.

Aidan plays the 'Sergeant' in Carmel Winters feature film "FLOAT LIKE A BUTTERFLY" which enjoyed a hugely successful limited nationwide cinema release having won a major award at the 43rd Toronto International Film Festival; The FIPRESCI Prize for the Discovery Programme is a major coup for any independent film.

In post-production is a new BBC television drama "THE DUBLIN MURDERS" in which he plays the recurring role of newspaper reporter 'ROCH BOYLE'. Also in in post-production is the feature film "THE LAST RIGHT" in which Aidan plays the supporting role of 'Joe' as is Lina Luzyte's feature film "THE CASTLE" in which he plays the supporting role of 'ARTHUR CONBURY'.

Feature film credits also include 'Horse Trader' in Jaques Audiard's feature length western "SISTERS BROTHERS" which stars John C. Reilly, Joaquin Phoenix, Jake Gyllenhaal and Riz Ahmed, a role in Pembridge Films feature "A GIRL FROM MOGADISHU" directed by Mary McGuckian, which stars Aja Naomi King and Barkhad Abdi, 'Kenny O'Donnell' in Pablo Larrain's feature film "JACKIE" which stars Natalie Portman in the title role, 'Steadyboy' in Ken Loach's Palme d'Or winning feature film "THE WIND THAT SHAKES THE BARLEY", and supporting roles in the feature films "MAZE", "CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE", "MY BROTHERS", "THE RUNWAY" and "LIFE'S A BREEZE".

Television credits include Irish MP to West Minister 'Tim Harrington' in director Colm Bairéad's new docu-drama "THE MAAMTRASNA MURDERS" which premiered on TG4 in early April, 'RIC Officer' in RTE Television's drama series "RESISTANCE" (post-production) and 'Cardinal Algar' in History's "VIKINGS V", roles in Chris O'Dowd's "MOONE BOY 3" (SKY Television), the BBC Television films "SWITCH" and "FEEL THE FORCE".
